Terms

These terms cover your use of Open with Love, run by Aposlo Studios LTD in the United Kingdom. By creating invitations you agree to them. Questions? Email Charlie@aposlostudios.com.

What you get

• A day invitation and an evening invitation (or one of them) in the design you choose, on private links.
• Online replies with meal choices, a guest list that ticks off replies, and a private dashboard with a spreadsheet download.
• Your invitations and dashboard stay available until 3 months after your wedding date.

Price and payment

You can create and preview invitations for free. To switch replies on, you pay a one-off fee, currently £59 (including any VAT), for any number of guests. Tailored and bespoke designs are quoted separately before any work starts. Payments are taken by Stripe.

Changing your mind

Your invitations go live as soon as you pay, so by paying you ask us to start straight away, and the usual 14-day cancellation right for digital services ends once they’re live. Even so, if something isn’t right in the first 14 days and you haven’t sent your links yet, tell us and we’ll refund you in full. If there’s a fault we can’t fix, you’ll get a refund whenever it happens.

Your part

• Check your details (names, date, venue, times and menu) before sending. You can change them at any time in your dashboard.
• Keep your login private. You’re responsible for who you share your links with.
• Only add guests you’re genuinely inviting. Don’t use the service for anything unlawful or offensive.
• Tell your venue about allergies yourself as well. Replies help you plan, but they don’t replace checking with your caterer.

Our part

We’ll keep the service running with reasonable care and skill, and look after your guests’ replies as described in our privacy policy. Occasionally the service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. Replies already received are never affected.

Designs

The designs, animations and code belong to Aposlo Studios. You may use your invitations, and screenshots or recordings of them, for your own wedding however you like. Photos and wording you add stay yours.

Liability

Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the version in force when you paid applies to your wedding. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
